Returns & Refunds Policy

At Crimora, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team within 30 days of receiving your item at culture@crimora.llc

Once reviewed and approved, we will either send a replacement item or issue a refund at our discretion.

To help us resolve your request quickly, please include your order number and any relevant photos (if applicable) in your message.
